Whether there is a child diagnosed with a developmental disability seeking individualized behavioral services, an early learner that could benefit from additional or advanced academic opportunities, or a young adult looking for life skills and professional growth opportunities, Spring Leaves Academy will work with your family to develop a plan of individualized training and coaching for their students, families, and caregivers.
Early Learner program
Early learning helps establish a foundation to build upon as a child experiences new things and those critical building blocks are formed. Spring Leaves Academy helps families identify strengths and opportunities in their child’s development to maximize learning potential.
adolescent learner program
Adolescents are in a critical phase transitioning from an early learner to a young adult primed for the professional world. Students are working to keep up with and, where possible, stay ahead of academic and extra curricular opportunities, while also prepping for those early organizational and professional skills. SLA will help identify and maximize those skills and opportunities.

Youth Leadership & Professional Development
Spring Leaves Academy takes the same behavioral leadership tools taught to executives to maximize organizational performance and offers these tools to the leaders of tomorrow in convenient, fun, interactive seminars. Use science-based techniques related to topics such as building team rapport, goal setting, leadership ethics, barriers to improvement, and numerous other foundational topics that will set up your youngest for success. Our seminars are offered either in-person in small groups or remotely.

Every child and young adult deserves to have access to science-based learning tools throughout their educational journeys.
If your student has a medical or developmental diagnosis that has insurance or school-based coverage for behavioral health and ABA support, we will work with your funder(s) to find a path to move forward with services.
If your student does NOT have coverage for behavioral health, we will work with each family to find funding and services options to help meet your needs.
